“Slow Beauty” a title, perhaps, guessed for the fifth album by Martin Schulte. Yet the pace is rarely slow. The ten tracks are, in fact, characterized by a long running time and a remarkable attention to detail. The ‘relaxed’ time management does not preclude any peaks of intensity at all. The robust and cavernous basses are soon revealed not only as trademarks of the different genres of reference, but also distinctive of the fresh and always vibrant productions of the talented Russian artist, Marat Shibaev at the registry office.
