Almost ten years ago, Tsukamoto Saiko, also known as Museum Of Plate, pianist from many different artists and works formed with japanese virtuoso Kuniyuki Takahashi a new project called Saikoss. Their first live gig at Sonar Festival in Tokyo was the best act of the entire event for Jeff Mills and created a mass of followers eager for the duo to release something beautiful. Ambient, deep house and smooth oriental style piano blend together in “Kossaiko”, a powerful soundtrack collection. Their talented skills gave birth to eight tracks of piano led electronica interrupted by some occasional glitchy and scratchy beats. Essential for languid start to the day. Amazing for cloudy nights.
